The face of love

Every Christmas, I look forward to listening to Christmas music.  There's a particular song I listen to more than others, and it's by the artist Jewel and is titled, "The Face of Love".  The lyrics have always spoken to me, but have taken on new meaning this year. 

When I think of "the face of love", all the faces of my family and friends run through my mind.  Especially during hard times at the hospital during all that waiting, I leaned on the support of those who willingly and effortlessly gave it.  If I received an encouraging text from a friend, I mentally pictured their face, and it was as if they were sitting there right next to me.

I'll share the lyrics with you and perhaps these will speak to you.
